3 Roll Profile Bending Machine (Large)

This is our heavy-duty 3-roll profile bending machine used for bending large-sized IPE, HEA, UPN profiles and pipe/box profiles. Variable radius bending can be performed with hydraulically driven upper and side rolls. PLC control system ensures repeatable precision in production. It has bending capacity up to IPE 300 profiles.

Lathe Machines

SN-71 Horizontal Lathe

Our SN-71 model horizontal lathe is used for precision turning of cylindrical parts with 350mm swing over bed and 3000mm length capacity. Tolerances of ±0.05mm are achieved in outer diameter turning, inner diameter machining, grooving and threading operations on long parts such as shafts, bushings and pistons.

Welding Machines

MIG/MAG Gas Metal Arc Welding Machine

We perform high-quality joining operations on steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials with our MIG/MAG gas metal arc welding machines. Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Machine

We perform highly efficient and deep penetration welding operations in joining thick materials with our Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) machine. Plasma Cutting

CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

We perform precise cutting operations in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 50mm on steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials with our CNC plasma cutting machine. Cutting in all kinds of geometric shapes can be performed with ionized plasma gas reaching up to 20,000°C. Technical drawings in DXF and DWG formats can be directly transferred to the cutting program. It offers a more economical solution for thick materials compared to laser cutting.
